What size rug do I need?
In a living room, aim for a rug large enough that at least the front legs of every seat rest on it, with 12–18 inches of floor showing around the edges. Bring us your measurements and we’ll help.
Which rugs work best over tile?
Most rugs work beautifully over tile with a good pad to keep them in place and add cushioning. Wool and performance fibers are easy to live with.
Are there good rugs for homes with pets?
Yes — flat-weaves, low pile and performance or wool rugs hide wear and clean up well.
Do I need a rug pad?
We recommend one. A pad keeps the rug from sliding, protects your floors and helps the rug last longer.
Do you carry flooring too?
Yes. Since adding Rob’s Carpets in 2019, our showroom offers carpet, stair runners, luxury vinyl plank, porcelain and wood flooring alongside our rugs.
