Using this Site

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is provided for general information about our interior design, wallcovering, fabric, window treatment, rug and flooring services and to help you contact us.

Information, pricing and availability

We work to keep the Site accurate, but descriptions, images, colors, patterns, “from” prices and product availability are illustrative and may change without notice. Screen colors vary; please view physical samples in our showroom before you order. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Prices and scope are confirmed only in a written proposal or order from PaperWorks Plus.

Our content

The PaperWorks Plus name and logo, the text, photographs of our projects and the design of the Site belong to PaperWorks Plus or its licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Your submissions

When you send us a message, request, or photos of your room, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to respond to you and to prepare a consultation or proposal. We do not publish your photos or details without your permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful content, or use automated tools to copy the Site.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites (for example, Facebook, Houzz and Google Maps). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaperWorks Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Services we perform are governed by the written proposal or order agreed between you and us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be heard in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the update.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, project details and messages you enter in our consultation, callback, trade-program, contact and Re-do a Room forms, and any room photos you choose to upload.
• Usage and device information: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, time on site and how you arrived, using cookies and similar technologies. Our hosting provider may also log this information for security and reliability.
• Messaging information: if you use the chat or text-messaging tools on the Site, provided by Podium, we receive your name, phone number or email, and the content of your messages, along with the page you were on.

We do not sell products through the Site and do not collect payment card information on it.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations and call you back.
• To prepare design proposals and quotes.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, including analyzing traffic and performance with Google Analytics.
• To reply to your chat and text messages through Podium.
• To send you information about our services only if you ask for it, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site or handle your request (including Google Analytics, Podium, and our form, email and hosting providers), with manufacturers or workrooms when needed to fulfill an order you approve, or when required by law.

Cookies and embedded content

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential features and for analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure Site traffic; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Podium’s chat and messaging tools may set their own cookies to recognize returning visitors and continue conversations. Embedded content such as Google Maps and Google Fonts is provided by third parties and may set cookies or receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.

Text messaging

If you send us a text message or share your mobile number so we can contact you, you agree we may text you about your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Retention and security

We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing messages, by emailing info@paperworksplus.com or calling 561-747-0242.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

PaperWorks Plus is an independent reseller and trade partner of manufacturers and brands including Schumacher, Thibaut, Phillip Jeffries, Arte, Romo, Hunter Douglas and Lutron, among others. Their names, logos and trademarks appear on this Site solely to identify the brands we carry and represent, in line with the brand guidelines we understand apply to authorized resellers.
